NA NA NA NA NA NA

Remember THIS ENTRY?

Of course you do.

My mouth was on fire for a LONG TIME? ? I had an upper endoscopy while I was having my colonoscopy (why not hit two at once?) the other day and as it turns out I have something called THRUSH. THRUSH is a FUNGAL INFECTION....A FUNGAL INFECTION is what I told Dr. Hotness I had.

Telling him in person was the highlight of my stay at Cedars Sinai.

Needless to say I have been on heavy antibiotics for the last week through an IV because of this oversight.

BOO YA.

  1. kelly - my sis and her baby had thrush while she was breastfeeding - her nipples, baby's mouth...obviously...but she used powdered Acidophilus from Whole Foods in his mouth and on her body. Some times anitbiotics can cause a cyclical infection cycle, so...my goodness i bet you are sick of unsolicited advice by now. but there.

  3. They burnt my mouth while I was intubated last month (kidney stone removal through uteroscopy...). It was the worst and my tongue, lips and whole mouth were on fire. I could barely eat or drink anything. They weren't sure what to do for me. It luckily went away after a couple of painful weeks of cracked bleeding lips (nice when you are a makeup artist...). The Camilia from Boron and chewy Rolaids helped along with a ton of pain meds!

So sorry all of this is happening to you!
