Still optimistic today, just finished the marathon of doctors calls before I picked up Beaner from the airport. I had pelvic floor physical therapy with Deena and I must say I really respect her a lot. She calls out my B.S. which as we all know I can be full of.
Although I do have one issue. She said no caffeine, so I cut it out, she said no grapes, I begrudgingly put away the grapes. However, when I sauntered in today with my coffee bean cup of morning happiness I was hit with "what's in the cup?" Proudly I answered, "decaf skim latte!"
By the look of her face clearly I had missed a rule. MILK! "I didn't get the milk memo!"

Beaner has arrived and we have quickly assumed slothing positions. Just a quick stop at Von's for the O'Brien essentials, such as spreadable cheese with Pepperidge Farm snack sticks, and a multitude of red/yellow/peppers, cucumbers, pretzels and top it off with homemade B-Day cupcakes thanks for Trevie and Kelly .
My sister is here, my doc appointments are goig well, and little Trevis just got home. All is right today.
